Cultural Property, relating to safeguarding cultural heritage Involuntary Resettlement including compensation caused by projects.

Providing an environmental impact assessment procedure in line with national and international regulations providing criteria for project classification according to their impacts.

Taking into account specific concerns of HPP in the environmental impact assessment process: Determining roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders in the EIA process.
